Scope of Work

Replace all air filters with 2” pleated filters every visit

Inspect and tighten unit controls, wiring, and contactors

Wash all economizer intake filters

Inspect all make-up air intake filters

Inspect sight glasses for flashing and/or moisture

Remove all waste materials from rooftop and work areas

Inspect gaskets and door handles on all kitchen refrigeration units

Inspect all bearings, wheels, and blades for balance

Inspect rooftop for evidence of leaks

Inspect heating operation of all units

Remove and replace disposable filter media on kitchen refrigeration

Inspect and adjust kitchen refrigeration temperatures
